Il “Bouganvillea” is a charming and classic environment where the ideal Tuscan farm-to-table experience is one of a kind. “Indeed, I like to describe our cusine as simple; we only use products from our vegetable garden that I personally terd to.” Il Bouganvillea Restaurant is based around Tuscan tradition and we only use a few ingredients that are not locally grown. “Bouganvillea” takes inspiration from smells of the hills and the tastes of the sea, which is only a few kilometers away from us.” We only use top-quality products.
Therefore the production of top-quality ingredients is a source of pride of our farm. So vegetables, meats, eggs, cheeses and EVO are a staple of excellence that we are pleased to share with you. However our Chef knows precisely how to fuse all these ingredients, thus creating dishes not only with a beautiful aesthetic, but unique flavours that are just as good.
Also, our cellar contains a variety of different Tuscan wines that are sure to please any and all palates. In addiction to our foods and wines, we must include our incredible desserts that make our restaurant an absolute standout. Moreover our homemade Cantucci and Vin Santo , Tiramisu are only a few of the dessert staples we have to offer to bring the perfect ending to our Clients’ dinner.
